This intuitive spin on a traditional style of bodywork offers stress release and increases flexibility by moving the Receiver's body into assisted yoga shapes while the Receiver is totally relaxed. It feels like a great yoga assist, massage, and healing experience all bundled into one. Thai Bodywork is done fully clothed while the Giver uses hands, elbows, forearms, feet, and knees to offer massage. Sessions run 60-90 minutes and include a variation of prone, supine, side-lying, and seated shapes. Aromatherapy is included.
Compared to traditional thai massage, this personalized style utilizes skills from Vedic Thai Bodywork, Reiki, assisted yoga, and empathic intuition customized to your needs. It feels like a deep tissue massage mixed with gentle assisted yoga. Bodies talk and I listen!
