By sharing my authentic self, I inspire others to create a life aligned with their passions. Through yoga and travel, I empower others to dance beyond their comfort zones, discover confidence, and embrace liberation.
Make space for Grace and let the infinite possibilities fill you!

Where I Came From
Led to yoga by back pain in 2008, I quickly discovered the profound benefits of seeking wellness through a mind/body/spirit approach. A born and bred Jersey Girl, I completed all my trainings in Philadelphia between 2013 and 2015 through the Yoga Garden, Beyond Asana, and Magu Yoga. While I'm Yoga Alliance certified with over 600 hours of formal training, I believe my teaching speaks more clearly than my certifications.
Yoga is more than asana and I believe when we tune into the deep wisdom of our bodies, we find the path to healing on many levels. I am passionate about sharing yoga as a lifestyle and I'm enthusiastic about leading others toward moving through life with compassion and awareness in order to align with their Best Selves.
Where My Journey Is Taking Me
Learning has always energized me, and furthering my knowledge and experience of healing arts has been a soul-affirming journey. So far, I've studied Vedic Thai Massage with Michael "Mukti" Buck and Reiki I Shoden with Myra Reichel. In 2015 I raised over $5,000 to build a children's school in Haiti through a service project with Brittany Policastro and Maura Manzo of Beyond Asana. All of the fabulous things I have the good fortune to learn are tools which I to use in order to be of purpose driven service to my communities and the world as a whole. I believe in using our personal energy and intentions to heal our emotional and physical bodies.
How We'll Flow Together
My athletic background and gypsy soul bring energy and a passion for discovery to my sequencing. Expect to move your body and tune into its feedback. I will lead you through integrating the breath with physical alignment, and my classes shed light on how our practice brings us closer to joy, ease and living in our Highest Self in everyday situations. I teach to the bodies in the classroom, divinely guided and without a set plan, so that yoga can be accessible to everyone. Backed by meaningful intentions and precise alignment, you can count on my instruction to passionately open your heart and mind through movement. Anticipate a full and empowering experience you can carry off the mat.
Off-The-Mat
I'm a wanderlusting Seeker. As a voracious reader I have at least 7 awesome books started at any given time. After receiving a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology I immediately ended up in the workforce and have now transitioned out to live a life I find more meaningful and aligned with my higher purpose. Ultimately, I aim to inspire and empower my communities and the world to live compassionately and meaningfully.
After traveling abroad for years, I've now settled into the Village of Vicksburg, Michigan with my boyfriend (an American I met in Sri Lanka!). I work as a real estate agent and teach yoga to stay connected.
I am also available for Corporate/Small Business Wellness events, combining my Industrial/Organizational Psychology background with aspects of mindfulness, meditation, movement, and lifestyle planning.
