Class Descriptions
Mixed-Levels Vinyasa: Linking of postures with breath and intention. For those who can move freely and have a general familiarity with a variety of postures. Lots of modifications and variations are offered, making this great for beginners or advanced students. Sunrise Vinyasa: All-Levels class focused on strength, movement, and alignment. A complete workout sequenced to leave you energized for the day. Slow Flow: Slow flow & steady class with accessible poses and breath awareness. Perfect for beginners looking for a calm and supportive environment, and a place to ground and unwind for everyone. More active than Gentle, less vigorous than Vinyasa. I teach this in a style similar to a Hatha Yoga class. Yin Yoga: Based on Chinese Meridian Theory, we hold passive postures for 3-7 minutes to work deep into connective tissue/ligaments/joints rather than muscle. Energetically & physically, it enhances the flow of energy and provides a deep release. Check my About Me page for a summary of my teaching style. |

Private & Small Group
Interested in yoga and ready to give it a try, but a little nervous about a public class? I'll help you find your practice in a safe, supportive, & nonjudgmental atmosphere that helps you embrace empowerment. Private classes are great for learning basics, focusing on proper alignment, and getting a personalized practice set up. We will design a plan based on your needs and goals.
Small Group classes are a hit for ladies nights, corporate events, or practicing yoga in a fun atmosphere with friends. Check out the class descriptions above for ideas, or let's get creative and create a themed practice.
Corporate Wellness
Between my background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and my days working in a corporate setting, I understand the daily stresses of the workplace. Let me come to you with any combination of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, healthy living, and productivity skills to create a wellness program for a happier, more productive workplace. These programs are perfectly adaptable for the new virtual workplace!
Festivals & Events
I am the official yoga instructor at Philadelphia Folk Festival, and I've led practice at DelFest and SouperGroove - it was a hit! Do you attend or run a festival that could use some yoga to loosen up your dancing legs or detox campers from a night of debauchery? Send me a message! I can also do corporate events geared towards your group's specific needs (team building, confidence, battling fatigue, organizational citizenship behavior). If you dream it, we can make it happen!
